I was wrong. Dana indeed added 849+ followers and got some business from twitter. More followers and business than I have in a years time. This is a short read written in a light personable style. The pdf is 19pgs with no fluff. I'll take 19 pages of useful info over 47 pages of useful info buried in filler anyday. Dana does a good job of explaining the "right way" and the quick way to get started with twitter. If you are not new to twitter you will probably still pick up some very useful information along with tools and techniques you might not know about. Personally I found two items that I had been searching for. Both saving me a considerable amount of time in managing my account. Taking some of her advice I tried some things that I had been reluctant to do. Glad I did, it resulted in picking up a months worth of clients for custom blog design. That is not even my main online income - but I will enjoy the extra cash. So... if you are new to twitter this is a must read. It can save you some time, headaches and mistakes. Even if you have been around awhile but have not explored the third party apps I would recommend this. Dana's tips on what I call "social" or "relationship" marketing are also very valuable.
