I suggest getting a domain and using godaddy's or your registrars forward function and just forward the domain to your mall (although I did generate sales before doing this). It's reviewed here.

The Giveaway That Gives Back Here is an excellent example of Viral Marketing that actually makes money.  I first used it when I downloaded a free ebook as a bonus in an ebay purchase - it did not look nearly as good as this one and there were no bonuses. I tried it anyway offering it as a bonus from my about me page. It worked - no great amount of money but every few weeks I would get $10 in the paypal account. Even if you don't spend the $10 to have it rebranded you should download it to look at the technique and style. Have a look here

Smokin' Hot XSite Pro - thread after thread on this one in forums everywhere. Appears to be unanimous It's Hot.  We have reviewed and use this product nearly daily. XSite Pro is an excellent program to create Adsense sites like this Wedding Niche Site  (featured in our subscribers download area for free). The site was created with this program in less than an hour w/out using the manual. It is an out of the box site using the included template with my own header.
